Note: The Ultra-pitch kit in the picture is different from the one everyone is receiving. I’ve sent out an upgraded version of the Ultra-pitch kit to Vestax users. The new kit is designed specifically for the Vestax which helps avoid any feedback issues you may run into.
With wire cutters or scissors cut the Motor wires at about the center.
After you cut the wires you’ll need separate and strip the 4 wires (2 x white & 2 red/white) on the portable turntable using a pair of wire strippers.
Use the wire diagram as a guide to properly match the colored wires.
Connect the Red Wire from the Kit to the Red and White Stripe Wire (positive) coming from the circuit board into one of the orange wire butts included in the kit. Using a pair of pliers, snap the orange button on the wire butt down to lock both wires into place.

Gently pull on the wires to make sure their secure and don’t come out of the 4-wire butts.
Use electrical tape to tape down any excess wire laying around with inside the turntable.
Plug in the power adapter or insert batteries to test the start/stop button mod.
Once Start/Stop button has been successfully installed. Place the bottom of the turntable back onto the turntable and screw in the 8 screws using a phillips screw driver or electrical drill and phillips drill bit.
